      Desperately Seeking Advice!

Ok, here is our story trying to get Sky BB..............

11 May - Order 1 placed (migration from AOL)

18 May - Letter received Rejection 1 (LLU issue) told to place new order

18 May - Order 2 placed (migration from AOL)

19 May - Rejection 2 (LLU) told to cease with AOL

29 May - No BB. Order 3 placed

      30 May - Rejection 3 - Incompatible product.

6 June - Spoke to BT Wholesale, confirmed line clear and did a test order which went through ok.

      6 June - Order 4 placed.

7 June - Rejection 4 (duplicate order) referred to Order Management

20 June - After 13 days Order Management left a message on house phone instructing us to place new order.

      20 June - Order 5 placed.

21 June - Rejection 5 (duplicate order) referred to order management

27 June - Phoned to check - Supervisor gave a 'sigh' and hung up! I was not rude or aggressive in any way!

27 June - Asked to be put through to 'complaints' to be told complaints must be put in writing and no complaint could be taken over the phone!

We are now paying a small fortune for dial-up, and seemed to have slipped in to Groundhog Day.
If there is anyone out there that can please advise on where we go now (phone numbers etc), it would be VERY much appreciated.
