Called again yesterday and a chap from the provisions team past me to someone that I have never hearded of before a Customer Resolutions Manager, has anyone heared of them?

Anyway, again he said he will take care of my problems and monitor it from now on until reconnection and stated that I should call back again in a weeks time.

Well its getting to the point that its a joke.

Customer Resolutions Team is a special team of a few agents who monitor specific cases. Most have less than 14 cases to work on, and these are full time agents. They also deal with any complaint letters sent in

      Re: Moving Home

      Ok update.

A Sky customer resolutions manager called and stated that the problem that I had was now solved and as we chatted on the phone he placed an order with BT, this was done 100% and BT accepted it.

He emailed BT with a connection date and requested a quick connection date because of all my troubles, this was done and he called today and stated I will be up and running this coming Tuesday, thats a 4 day connection time, not 10 or 15 days so this proves it can be done.

I will now wait and see if it all pans out and see if my speeds have dropped since I moved but Sky have stated that I can get the max speeds (16MB) as I used to get at my last home.

      Fingers crossed for Tuesday

      Regards.

Got an activation date of 16th.

16th at 10:30 my line went active and this showed as completed in the BT Order Status.

Now how do I change my user name, they handled this one a bit better than they did my "migration" from Tiscali several months ago.

Seems a bit slow though, need to check the router stats.

      Re: Moving Home

Well out of curiosity I attempted to signup with another company and there order form stated that I was on a LLU exchange and needed a MAC code to move.

This tells me that indeed all looks good for tomorrow but why its not showing up on BT's order system I dont know.
