      UPnP Problems (msn)

Hi. for some reason i have a problem with UPnP. on my old router i had it turned On. and it was on by default with the sky router, however when it was turned on MSN would not work at all, as if i had a firewall blocking it. when i turned uPnP off MSN instantly connected and worked. after rebooting the router sometime later uPnP was still off but MSN would not connect again. i turned uPnP back on and wow. msn instantly connected. this has happened many times, i keep having to turn it on and off to get MSN to work. and sometimes my router seems to reboot itself after i receive a Message on msn. Is there any way to resolve this as MsN has all my contacts and its getting rather annoying.

      Re: UPnP Problems (msn)

The new firmware fixes the UPnP, so hopefully you will be ok. Not much consolation at the moment, but UPnP seems to work for some and fails for others.
