      Internet Gone - Still No Router

      Hello,
      I signed up for Sky 26 deal and have had the TV delayed 3 times already but forget about that. My broadband (with Orange) went down on Thursday, I was never told of an activation date so I have no idea when I will get my router. I ordered it on Wednesday 13th June so any idea when I will have the internet back?

      If your Broadband went down with Orange then it sounds as though you line has been changed over to Sky. Unfortuantely Sky don't always inform the customer when this is going to happen and even more importantly they seem to only send the router out once the line has been changed over. This happened to me last year and my router turned up two days later and my brothers last month turned up after five days. So hopefully yours might show up sometime next week, have you phoned Sky as you never know you might get through to someone who can help.

      Thanks for your help, I haven't phoned sky yet. If I don't get it Monday I'll probably phone them/
