      Maybe if Sky listened to the general opinion on your current poll 'Should Sky Provide A Service Status Page' it may have saved them a lot of phone calls ?

      I'm actually quite relieved. Having been 100% confident I'd sorted out my connection problems, and had trouble-free broadband access for over 2 weeks, I thought I was back to square one when I lost my connection again yesterday. Let's hope this doesn't get repeated too often. Has it ever happened before?

      Ahhhh but Sky earn money from an 0870 call so they probably were not too upset from all the extra cash they got from it. (The DVLA last year earnt £10 million from 0870 calls so imagine how much Sky earns from theirs!!!!)

      Silly thing, but if Sky did have a status page, no one would have been able to see it cos no one could get online!!

      Still, I've voted that I would want the page anyway!!

      Checked my router when I got home last night and it has been connected for 894 hrs, so dont look like I had a problem either.

      Good point. Maybe I should have an 0870 for all the sales calls I get in the evening ?

      Hi, I never had any outage here as far as I know, nothing in my router log.
      Makes a change, I always get then normaly

      i lost my broadband late on Wednesday evening 20th SKY tell me major outage at exchange will be at least another 24 hours!
