      TW7 area, connection dropped at 16.50 and came back on-line at 17.03, SNR downstream also rose from 7.8 to 8.3dB

      Same here. When I came home, all the computers gave a DNS error but one (which was left on with a RPG game) was still connected. A reboot just gave a CHAPS authentication error. Oh well, its fixed now.

      yeah same here but now my ping/latency is really high! any ideas?

      not realy anything to do with the topic but my freeola conection has just gone back to how it should be ping in vent of 28 instead of 48

      broadband help Line quality testing

      just ran a speed test and thats the redults check out the loss on low/high bandwidth tests? it let me check other peoples results who were on the domain sky.com, theres are the same?? any ideas?

      The strange this is this outage seems to have passed me by as I had no problems getting online and haven't had any downtime for 17 hours. I did notice the Sky Portal & My Sky sites were down and was struggling to send and recieve mail from my Sky address.
