      SKY MAX Capacity

My exchange ( Waterlooville ) is LLU capable but the MAX, MID and BASE are not available as all the ports are used up.

Apart from checking daily how can I tell when these become available, is it SKY or bT who will upgrade the exchange?

I have ordered the Connect package for now.

      Any help appreciated, thanks.

      Re: SKY MAX Capacity

It is Sky equipment in the exchange but whether it is installed by Sky or BT I dont know. You can set the "Sam Knows" website to email you if there any changes to the exchange. The Broadband Resource But Sky will probably know in advance. Also they tend to migrate people from Connect in bulk, people have not had much luck ringing and asking to be moved even when there is capacity.

      Re: SKY MAX Capacity

The DSLAMs are installed by Telent, who as Marconi built the Optical Network that Easynet now use, it used to be called IPSARIS.
