Because sky have capped me at half a mb, will I need to call them when my router arrives? or will it be an automatic process?

Can I ask also........will Sky BB and Sky+ TV work fine on a BT Line that is incoming calls only?? I want to get rid of outgoing as its costing too miuch, but Im told I need the line active for SkyTV and SkyBB.

When your new router arrives, you will go through the tests you have already done to establish the best your line can provide.

I am fairly sure for BB and + you need a fully enabled line. When you think about it, although you may not be making outgoing voice calls every time you connect to the internet, be it with BB or your Sky +, you are making an outgoing call.

New router arrived today, will call skyBB shortly and hopefully I'm all fixed.
