      What does this mean at BT order tracking

      Got these figures and dates, what do they mean as nothing has changed with my connection

      Order ref Placed Description
      We can do this on: We agreed to deliver by:

      Its saying orders have been completed!!

      I am on 5.00 connect
      Connected at the moment at 1920kbps Downstream, 416kbps upstream
      Line Attentuation 58.0db Downstream, 31.5db Upstream
      Noise 12.8db Downstream 14.0db Upstream

      To me, it shows that you have been moved off Connect, however it also has a cease.

      Try this and post your stats:

      Did you sign up for Base / Mid originally?

      If you were on Connect I would expect to see 448 up not 416.

      It looks like you have been changed over.

      I originally signed up for mid last Oct, have been on 5 connect since feb/march i think. Should Sky be in touch to see which package i want or have they put me on mid?

      If you signed up to Mid, then I would safely say you have now been swapped over.

      Exchange: The name of your exchange ( Runcorn Main)
      Http Download speed: (75kb/sec)
      FTP Download speed: (207kb/sec)

      Can you log into My Sky ? Becuase if you can check out your account and it should tell you what broadband package you are on.
