PROVIDE complete - should I be connected

      Hi,

Sky advised an activation date (for MID) of 14th of June (just moved in, existing BT line but new number).

On BT order tracker, I see that the following has been completed today:

      PROVIDE LLU LINE SHARE PSTN

Does this mean I should be online now or do Sky need to perform further work before the line is active?

      Thanks

....update.... adsl connected but not getting beyond gateway ip

called support, got a tier 3 ticket, called them back later, got passed to tier 3 but they could not solve it either. i think i had a new guy on the phone - but he was helpful and polite and when i explained nicely that i had a good idea what i was talking about he was ok and we dispensed with all the nonsense - even though his co-worker was insiting i had a firewall (really, in your exchange??).

managed to suggest a few things to the support guy and he eventually conceded he could not get to any hosts on my exchange.

call has been passed to ops.... anyone have any experience of them?
