      Go to DSL reports and take the Tweaktest. Make sure the info you enter in the boxes is accurate or the results wont be

      tbh, Personally none of these tweak products are any good on ADSL/Rate Adaptive Products.

      As, If you set your Sync at 11Mb then at 7PM it could have dropped to 8-9Mb, So tweaking can be really difficult.
