      Sky Connect 5?

      Hi

Im currently liveing with my parents and i am looking at moving out and getting my own place in the next month or so. WE have sky broadband at the moment the connect service which we pay 5 per month for. WHen i move house and open a new account in my name with sky will i get the connect service there for 5 or 17 which i was told earlier?

      Many thanks

      Hello.

As I understand, you will need to have Sky installed and subscribe to a 15 amonth TV package to have the 5 connect Broadband.

Yes to the 5 one if sbb is NOT available in your area, check the sky bb availability page,if it is then its gona cost you 17, i was on the 5 connect, but noticed now they have put me on 5 mid pack,so i assume its now available on my line,

      Re: Sky Connect 5?

The above is not strictly true:
If Sky BB - the full LLU service is availanle in the area that you're moving to, you will not be offered connect (unless the LLU service is full). If the Sky LLU service is not available in the area, but will be soon, you could be offered Connect for 5. If Sky BB LLU is not available in the area for the forseeable future, you will be offered Connect at 17.

if you know the phone number for your new house put it in here it will tell you what sky will give you

      Sky Broadband

or by postcode you will have an idea if it is LLU enabled here
