      KANA response and Email Issues!!!

      OK, here is a little advice if you are using the Online Email form, KANA, to report an issue about logging into your emails.

      In the field that asks for an email address, this can be any email address, not just your Sky one. So if you cant login to your emails, do not put your Sky email address into this field. If you have another address, use this instead as Sky can then contact you via email.

      If you do not have an alternative email address, say so in the email. This will allow the email operators to arrange letters to be sent to you instead.

      You will NOT get a phone call from the email teams unless there is 100% need to do so. All email operators are there to answer queries via Email, and many of them work during the night when it is not possible for them to call. If you want to speak to an advisor, call the tech line, that is what it is there for

      i work for sky and finally i figure out what the KANA response team is lol. This ladies and gentlemen is the fundamental problem, no communications between departments
      It doesn't get better than this band lol
