If I put my number in the sky checker I get the same result as I have done for the last few months, it tells me I can have Base, Mid or Max.

I phoned Sky today, and after speaking to a couple of people, and being transferred back and forth between departments, I eventually spoke to someone in customer services.

Once I got to speak to him everything was sorted very quickly - I said I wanted to be moved from Connect to Mid, he checked my details, checked my line/exchange, and said it was all ok and that it would be sorted in approx 10 days.

God I guess I got a long wait!
9-10 full time employees = 400 hours per week. If they do an average of 20 an hour (reasonable), thats 8,000 people switched per week... theres less than a hundred thousand to be switched, so maybe 8-9 weeks remaining on the project
