    Sky connect

    This is a discussion on Sky connect within the Sky Broadband help forums, part of the Sky Broadband help and support category; have to say, seeing as you're on connect we (tier 3 - or me anyway) have no idea what trellis ...

      have to say, seeing as you're on connect we (tier 3 - or me anyway) have no idea what trellis is and would never think to mention it to BT. wasn't in our training as its not something we change/look for....doubt very much tier 1 would have a scooby as to what you're on about if u mentioned it to them (a few may do though, before you have a go )

      I always thought the sky test would fail on connect as its bt's network not skys. The same way that when i do a bt adsl test or checker i cannot run it as i am with sky ? you see what i mean ?

      Not really, all it does is check if you have a connection to the Net, then check if you can connect to Sky. You don't have to be on Sky's LLu to do this.

      when i was on connect and it was down most of the time it used to take me to that damm bt wholesale page
