      Good Customer Service So Far

Got service on the 7th, I'm a LONG way from the exchange (59.5 db attenuation) and had signed up for the MAX product. Rang this morning to try to get reduced to MID service as only training at 4Mb. Got passed around a bit (thanks whoever put out the 0800 number). In the end got told the system would not allow them to reduce my service and "someone would ring me back". Didn't hold out much hope but 7.45pm this evening was rung back and told my service had been changed, no problem.

I'm sure Sky have had a very busy day, was surprised they called back. All the people I have dealt with today were "onshore" which is a bonus as well ;-)

      So far, so good
