    Connection help

    This is a discussion on Connection help within the Sky Broadband help forums, part of the Sky Broadband help and support category; Been using Max for a while now and no problems however now for the past couple of days my internet ...

      Connection help

      Been using Max for a while now and no problems however now for the past couple of days my internet connection keeps dropping. If I reboot the router it will stay up for about half an hour if I'm lucky then drop out again. Other times it won't connect at all. Been through all the usual trouble shooting stuff with customer services and am getting no where fast, all the lights on the router are on, all the filters are ok and I've tried it with and without firewalls and makes no difference.

      Any advice would be mucho appreciated.

      Towards the bottom it mentions UPnP - try turning it off and see how you get on.

      This is my current problem also, and 2 others who work in my office also

      I might have a solution and will post it if it works tonight.
