The good news: Just got the Max package for £10/month. Was with Toucan before @1Mbps fro £16. Been activated since 17/05 self-installation worked fine and quick. Setup my 3 PC's one with ethernet cable, other 2 with Belkins WIFI adapters. Speed up to 3.5/3.9 Mbps average.
Now the bad: Since then I get intermittent connection. I have already spent several hours on the phone with Sky support and the ridiculous "troubleshooting" screen reader session twice. I fanally got a ticket open. I believe the root cause is linked to the phone line and the BT exchanger capability.
Anyone experienced similar problems?

Re: Intermittent connection
Welcome to the forum
You've not really given enough information to go on but a possibility would be a UPnP problem. Log into your router and turn it off (untick it and click apply). Then reboot both the PC and the router.
If the above doesn't make sense then please spend a little time reading the forum - particularly the stickies. Disconnection problems are covered extensively.
