      Re: Max Issues

      according to my partner there is already a tier 3 ticket raised. Just gotta wait for the call (been 3 days so far.)

      If we don't get something sorted soon we're just gonna either downgrade or cancel. Our neighbour has a orange livebox, and is getting better results then us. They are on the minimum package that orange offers.

      @gRoberts
      The period of time that the second set of stats relate to is too short (1m23s) to tell if you have any errors on the line. You need to post them again after using the router for a few hours.
      @IAmNotTheEnemy
      I guess your not a big fan of the netgear router

      Re: Max Issues

      no im not a fan, it does seem to be the main issue with stability issues regarding ADSL2+.....but we'll see if the new version in testing is any better

      Re: Max Issues

      using my own D-Link DSL-300t modem
      This may be your problem, it is only good for speeds up the 8mbs. If it is/was plugged into a 16mbs line and tried to sync at a much higher speed, it may have appeared as a line fault, causing your line to be capped.
