      Outlook help please

      Hi all

      I moved from Madasafish to Sky Broadband Max a couple of weeks ago and all went well. I set up Outlook as recommended in Skyuser (with pop.sky.com and smtp.sky.com, etc.) to use my existing e-mail address and at first again all went well. But recently, though I can still send e-mails, I can now no longer receive them through Outlook (or Outlook Express). I think all the account details are OK. And when I press the "Test Account Settings" button, all the processes seem to complete correctly. But still my Inbox remains empty, despite sending myself messages from a gmail account.

      Any suggestions would be gratefully received.

      (My one thought is that my domain name was registered and paid for as a freebie by Madasafish. Now that I'm no longer with Madasafish, could they have blocked its use?)

      It sounds more like madasafish has stopped you accessing thier mail servers, have you tried transferring your domain name to another supplier? (123-reg comes to mind) and then setting yourself up with a webhost for your domains mail? (thats what I did for my 2 domains)

      just a thought..
