      I am considering going to a different ISP, but unfortunately there are no LLU providers in the exchange so its proving difficult to get a good deal with 40Gb+ limit.

      Any suggestions are welcome

      Sounds like the old line cease problem for new customers is still going on.
      Crazy!

      I solved mine in 5 days as described in this thread, as did some others.
      Keep at it, persistence with Tier 2 is the only way to resolve the issue.

      ADSL line gone dead 3 days after activation :-(

      email james.murdoch@bskyb.com quote points 10 & 11 in terms and conditions and mention legal action for breach of contract.

      Anyone had any luck with e-mailing James Murdoch recently ??

      I sent an email on Thursday and it still hasn't been delivered to them - I'm not sure if they are having email problems to their bskyb.com domain, or whether it is something with my system ??

      Anyone else e-mailed over the last couple of days ?
