What address did you email to get through to James Murdoch, i've been waiting since 13th Sept to be activated and been without internet for 3 weeks now. Sky keep blaming BT but, and no matter how much i complain no one seems to be doing anythings. Please advice best course of action.

      Hi am108

Its very lightly thats it is all down to BT as they are responsible for getting the exchange work done and as I have said before on here anyone who looks at the BT checker knows full well that no matter what the Date due says if its delayed BT fail to update the checker with another date yet they still do Last updates on them everyday.

So if BT can treat there phone customers like that why should the way they treat ISP's surprise anyone, though I have to agree that SkyBB when called by one of there customers then they should be hammering on BT's door a lot more than they seem to do.

You're not the only one in Aylesbury having problems. Mine was supposed to be activated on the 12th Sept, and I'm still waiting.

Definitely something going on at the exchange though. After 3 weeks of nothing, the internet light on my router started flashing amber, and started interfering with my phoneline.
Sky told me to call BT, BT told me to call Sky. Very helpful.

      Cheers,

      John
