      Congratulations, you are in a broadband enabled area.
      However, your line is currently unbundled by an LLU operator such as Be, Bulldog or Easynet. Moving to another provider may require a cease and re-provide, which may result in loss of service for a few days.

      Some Advice.. Its always advisable to inform your old ISP as soon as you have migrated that you have moved.

      Im in the same still situation mate
      My old ISP disconnected a week ago today,
      samknows and dslzone reporting Im on LLU kit, and the bt Tracker saying Im not.
      Was on the phone to SKY TS, and they keep telling me there is nothing they can do.
      Its getting beyond frustrating now, no one will give you information or chase it up.

      Still no broadband..........Just got off the phone with TS they now say there is a 7 day delay from your activation day....funny how my first activation day was the 8th September then the 15th then the 22nd these dates are exactly 7 days apart, so that makes me 17 days overdue........I bet when the 29th comes they will tell me the same again.

      Here is the latest excuse

      Got onto TS today to be told that all the dates that they had given me for activation were estimated by BT and the new date will be 2nd October which is not an estimate.

      So there you go that's all they could come up with.

      Had exactly the same thought when I was checking the BT order tracker earlier, the time between order placed and when they would deliver the LLU was exactly 7 working days apart. Sky are now telling me that BT are saying they can need up to a further 7 working days after the delivery date (ie the day Sky said they'd activate you on!)

      I'm on my 7th working day after that now, but still nothing has happened. The lady at Sky did say that if BT didn't activate me today, that it could be a further 7-14 working days before they actually do the work

      I sure hope not Pete

      @Steve

      Get in your car and go down the A4 to Sky place there and start jumping up and down demanding they fix all this asap.
