Just spend 57 minutes trying to get through to Tier 3 at sky after speaking to an advisor atsky, called on my second line and got straight thorugh and then transferred through to Tier 3.
Advisor said he had been available for a while, all this when i still had the call going on the other line!
Gave him my ref no and he put me on hold again and then advised that they would have to cap my line again to make it stable so i have now gone from 14mb to 12mb to 12mb now they have said that i can only get 5.5mb! when i am only 900m from the exchange!
SO i've told them to put it to 1mb for the minute till i see if it still happens,as when i was with pipex i had no problems will be interesting to see!
Any going to run it for a bit and watch what happens!

thats a shame brucemac,
i have said before you could be 300m from the exchange but have 2km of phone cable to the exchange becouse of the way the loop goes BT really needs to sort there wireing out."To help would be a great adventure"
