      Ordered today

Managed to get Sky broadband ordered today, they didn't mind taking the BAND code which expired a while ago. Was told to wait 5 days for the stuff to arrive. On top of that, ADSL marker is cleared from my line, so hoping everything will run smoothly. Have they sorted out the router problems yet or will that be something I need to chase them up on?

They are certainly very aware of it having sent out letters to affected customers today apologising advising of new delivery dates and giving 5 credit...

Edit: Oh and welcome to sky user

(I am starting to think the user part refers to booze not sky!)

Order has appeared on the BT tracker now, with a date set for the 20th. Looks like it's just a case of waiting

I ordered Max yesterday. BT tracker states the LLU bit to be done on 18/9 and ADSL CEASE should happen on 20/9.

      Fingers crossed!
