      you do have errors on your line, placing you on adsl2+ will in most cases make your line worse, but if your insistant you wish to have this tried even with your current stats then phone up or be persistant but polite with an email response requesting such.

      however in my opinion it will make your connection worse.

      just curious, but where do emails sent to tech support go? cause it's not tier 3 (unless it's to Scotland). always seen people complaining via email and they must be read by someone!!!

      your connection speed at the moment is 8096kbps.
      This is as Saturday suggested earlier in the thread. I am a bit surprised that they seem to imply that the reason is your distance from the exchange and not errors on your line. I am sure there are others enjoying a better speed who are more than 2K from their exchange. Follow the advice in the recommended threads and you may get your speed up a bit.
