New user to Sky Max, help with installation

Hi, recently switched to Sky broadband (Max). My activation date was yesterday (1st may). Installed the CD and the installation guide says that I am not connected and to check the router, connections etc. Checked the wireless router and all the lights are green. Even though the lights are green and showing ok, does this mean that the I still have to wait for the 3 days for the line to be useable? One thing I noticed when exiting the CD installation is that no new icons for Sky have been added to my desktop even though during the CD installation I received no errors.

      Please help

      Sean

Re: New user to Sky Max, help with installation

Chances are you have not been switched, the Sky router's Internet light will show green with any broadband on the line.
PS you don't need the installation disk, it does nothing, unless you want the Crapaffee software.

When you are on line just start up your browser and off you go.

You can easily check your router by logging in with
