      Hence why I Said no way for THEM to see that. of course we can find out but they cant as have never been shown unfortunatly.

      This is why I advised with his email hopefully someone will check it or make sure its done properly.

      However thankyou for your observation I should have clarified that further.

      Just a quick update. I phoned Sky on the number i was given last Monday the 7th may. They were very helpful and told me a replacement router would be with me in 3 - 5 working days. low and behold, this morning, the 14th May, my replacement router arrived and is now working just fine. Thank you all for the help.
