      how do move from connect to Mid?

      Hi,
      My local exchange has been LLU for several weeks but I'm still on Connect... and the data shaping is driving me ad....

      How do I get sky to move me over?

      I have just been going thro' the T&Cs, they should transfer you automatically according to what they say!

      Send CS an email or contact them through the Web Form, tell them you want to be upgraded asap. I think you may have to be logged in to the Sky Portal to access the web form.
