      Sky technical support

      sky technical support appear to no longer be taking emails
      on the broadbandtechnicalsupport@bskyb.com address

      We have tried to update everywhere where it says that email address, but not quite got them all yet

      If you spot it again, just report the post for us so we can change it

      It's the reply to address they use, but, that's clearly a cunning scam to stop you replying!

      the above address is not the reply to address, its the old address. the mailbox was closed to external emails, and can only now be used by internal mail.

      The new system, as mentioned by NewsreadeR uses a different address which if you reply to, will go into their new mail handling system.

      However, you should not just email the new address if you happen to have it, cos you'll just be asked for your details. The new email system was set up to shorten the handling time of email enquiries. if you email the system directly, its effectively going back to the old way of always asking 'Can we please have your details' trust me, use the new system the way its meant to, it'll keep handling times down
