      update rang them on free number (works) and they said i should be recieving a letter soo to go over to 5 a month with the option of upgrading to the max package

      But how long is soon, they might have just told you that. I would have still fought my corner and asked them why my neighbour is on the 5 price so why am not.

      Oh well that isn't to long to wait. If it doesn't happen then you will just have to keep calling them in the hope that you get someone that actually knows what they are doing and are willing to change your price.

      yep i def will for sure i must have spoke to 5 people now 4 of them saying once my exchange becomes unbundlled

      and i tell them it IS

      they dont seem to take it in

      A long shot but have you tried the old James Murdoch address, it obvioulsy will not get to him but you might get a reponse from someone there will help you out.

      How long ago was it unbundled?

      What you have posted does not confirm it has been. If within the last 30 days, Sky probably don't have it listed yet, because it has to go through quality control etc and it takes approx one month to go through all the checks.

      just the fact when you do the sky check it says 5 for connect not 17 and my neighbor signed up the other day for 5 a month
