Activation due for 29th August. Got a call the day before to say there would be a small delay. Called 4th Sept was told it would be sometime in the week. Called the 6th was told by provisions it would be the 7th. Called 7am yesterday & was told it will definately be by 12am that night, called again 6pm to make sure & was told the same. Called 6am this morning & was advised the line was showing as active, but too early to check with provisioning. Just called now & told yes there is a delay & I can either wait a day or two to see if it gets sorted, or cancel the order, resubmit it & it will be another 9-10 days.
Why does one department not know what the other is doing?
Have decided to give it until Monday & then decide.
Comically I got another promo email yesterday asking me to sign up
Thankfully Im on a month to month contract with Zen, so even though its cost me a month more than anticipated, at least I havent lost my connection.

Guys, don't worry too much... I was due to be activated yesterday (as per BTs tracker) and I didn't get activated until about 3pm today.
If your order is in BTs tracker and you can still use your old ISP, it's BT's problem and BT will need to fix it. Seems that a lot of them are getting delayed, which isn't surprising as BTs 'works first time' llu migration statistic is an absymal 80% .
Though if you haven't got your router, that's a real problem and sky should work that out ASAP.

Have gone through a few threads, but where is this BT activiation tracker site? Does it only work if you are going from BT or is it any previous ISP?
I was supposed to go live on the 7th. Now the 9th (ok, only by a few mins!) but no activation as yet....

www.bt.com then click 'small & medium business' then click ' track an order ' and select 'track landline order'. You may need to sign up with an online account with BT, if you haven't already.
I believe it works for all previous ISPs.
