Further to my previous post.
My router stays, on at last. I now have problems with emails - I cannot send or receive them in either windows mail or sky web mail. I have rung support, they tell me there is a fault on the line and will get back to me in 4 to 5 days on the problem.
What a load of crap, I can see me returning to my trouble free ntl (virgin).
I cannot believe all these problems after only 3 days.

Sounds a load of rubbish to me, how can a fault on the line prevent you from either sending or recieving emails ?

Realised this have sent an email to sky cancelling contract and also posted a letter to them. Hopefully I should get the contract cancelled as my line (broadband) activation was on the 24/4/07.
Whilst I know Sky is only £10 per month and Virgin will cost me £39 thats the way I am going. (even if I have to pay £10 per month to the end of my Sky contract.
Cannot be doing with all this hastle.
I noticed to day I can send emails but when I try to receive any I am continually asked to confirm user name and password and still cannot receive, as I said before what a load of crap.
