    Additional User Email?

      Additional User Email?

      I was logged on to "my sky profile" looking at all the options there, and there is this sort of implication that I can create user accounts that subsequently have an email address of username@sky.com. I created a anew profile and sure enough I can log on to the profile at sky.com, BUT I can't process mail. My email client refuses to work, indicating that sky have not created the email address for the profile. Does anyone know whether additional users should have their own email??

      Repeated DNS failure

      I get fairly constant DNS failures. The sky DNS server will fail at least three or four times a day. Normally this will be just one outgoing request, but sometimes is for up to fifteen minutes. I know I have mentioned this on the forum before, but I was rather hoping the problem would sort itself. It hasn't. Has anyone else noticed this problem??

      Aditional users can have their own emails, apart from my main account I have two other extra users who both have their own account.
