To B(oot) or not to B(oot), that is the question.

Some say reboot the modem so it 'learns' your best download settings and some say otherwise. Leave it alone to 'train' itself. Does all this mean anything?
And what's the 'training period' and 'Bras' profile about? Has anything about this been sticky'd anywhere? I don't want to labour anything that's already up here.
      Cheers, JaX

Generally, I would say leave it alone and it will sort itself out over the trainig period (anything from a few days to a maximum of 10 days depending how variable your connection is).

If it isn't causing any concern, just let it do its stuff.
