      Should I be worried?

Hi all, despite having read one or two threads on this excellent forum I bit the bullet and ordered Max on 11th April.
No sign of modem yet and when I checked the BT order tracker it tells me that the order was placed on the 15th Feb and completed on that date, mindreaders or what?, there is no appointment date in yet and I assume that this would be changeover date?

      Reagrds, Neil

Can you post the order excluding any personal details?

Is when BT changed the terminology so I would not worry about that. Plus its 2 months before you ordered Sky.

Is there no other order showing?

      Re: Should I be worried?

I would ring Sky then, it looks like your order has not been placed, unless there is a delay.

Have you had any letters from Sky?

      Re: Should I be worried?

Yes I should be worried. Rang Sky today and they told me that on one of the 5 parts of the BT order my postcode was missing.
Unfortunately, not being psychic I did'nt know this, so I have to ring BT and then ring Sky back to re-order again.

Feckin' marvellous Looks like I have fallen into the 'UNLUCKY' bag.
