      Unhappy Migration/activation question

      Can anybody confirm that a migration from an existing IPSTREAM product with Plusnet to the Sky Broadband MAX LLU product will fail if BT have not been instructed to carry out a 'CEASE' of the IPSTREAM product before the Sky activation date?

      I migrated from Plusnet. You should be getting a MAC code from Plusnet and giving it to Sky. If you cease you will be without broadband for a while.

      I got my MAC from Plusnet and gave it to Sky, it's just that the there is no CEASE order for the plusnet connection and a PROVIDE order for the Sky connection in the next few days... will the presence of the Plusnet connection on my line prevent the Sky connection from working?

      The cease on my line happened 6 days after LLU was enabled
