      Error code 200 means that you are not connected to sky.
      You probebly are with some other isp. (LLU marker/tag on your BT line)

      Call BT wholesale and find out who has the broadband tag on you line.

      Error code 200 is an authentication issue and can have many causes. Error code 200 can indicate that your line has been hijacked and put back onto your old ISPs connection.

      In my case it was hijacked by my old isp. Took me months to get this sorted.

      Error 200 is a radius server authentication issue.Leave the boxon 7 untouched for 48hrs & then the server should re-authenticate.If not,it may be a faulty box.

      simple test, get tier 1 to run a tone test - if this fails, line fault/jumpering issue.....goes to tier 2, gets fixed (if its a jumpering issue)

      IF you have TalkTalk line and it all of a sudden gives you error 200, shout at TalkTalk as they've more than likely taken the line form BT (simple check, run your number through BT adsl availability checker - it'll say line isn't a BT line)
