      Problem with editing "my sky" profile

      Hi there. I have just been activated onto the Sky Mid package today. No problems with that, internet is working fine. I was issued with a new username and password for "My Sky". I already have a profile set up from last year when I registered for remote record. This profile shows my current services, my viewing card number and what sky TV package I have etc, as it should and I can access and edit this as normal. If I login using my new username and password as sent to me when I signed up for Sky broadband, my profile is blank and there is no option to edit it at all. Some of the tabs I click on also show a "portlet error" or something like that.
      Do these two profiles need migrating? Could/Should I just create additional users/email addresses in my old profile or did these ought to be created in the broadband profile (if I had the option to do it!!)
      Any advice would be most appreciated

      If you can get with your exsiting password and username then you should be able to set up email addresses and stuff in the Sky Portal as it should recognise you. I take it your profile also shows not just the TV package that you have but what broadband option you are on.

      No, this is the problem. There is no mention of my broadband package on my old profile. If it was mentioned on my old profile I would probably be tempted just to use that one in the future

      Ok try this - Using the username and password Sky sent you, go to Sky.com and try changing the password and then with the new password try getting into the portal again:

      Can't login to Sky Portal? - Try this

      Just tried logging on as you said. I can login successfully but then when I go to my sky profile it is completely blank. There is no option to change my password. I then logged on with my old username and password and I could see my profile and had the option to change my password. I have attached two screenshots to illustrate the problem. Notice the error on the right hand side where my profile should be.
