Awful Upload Speeds on MAX, Please help

      Hi!

I recently (10th April) migrated from AOL to SKY MAX. I have a problem though! My download speed is fine, my upload speed however is awful! If anyone can help solve this problem I'd appreciate it. I never had a problem with the upload speed on aol and always got the maximum possible.

My router stats seem fine too, they are:
      ADSL Link Downstream Upstream
Connection Speed 15323 kbps 764 kbps
Line Attenuation 22.0 db 12.2 db
Noise Margin 13.2 db 13.5 db

Although it says upstream speed 764kbps I a getting way less than that, it's not improved once since the sky connection has been on, my latest speed test reults are:
      Speed Down 10822.43 Kbps ( 10.6 Mbps )
      Speed Up 147.73 Kbps ( 0.1 Mbps )

I have used loads of different speed tests and they all come up with roughly the same. As I said if anyone could help at all with this it would be appreciated.
      Thanks again!

Yes I tried it but with no success.
I tried a new speed test and when it come to the upload test it came up with a message that said 'WARNING: ISP Compression detected on Upload' or something like that, speedtest.net won't even do the upload test, it just feezes when it finishes the download test.

Perhaps you could post your full stats. This may give someone, more knowledgeable than myself, an idea of why your upload speed is so bad.

PLEASE READ FIRST: How to obtain and post router stats

Any other information regarding your connection may also be helpful, wired, wireless, using extensions etc.

Full router stats are below. I'm not using any extensions and am currently wireless, although there is no difference when it's wired because I've tried it, on 2 different computers. All wiring in house was newly installed at end of last year by BT.
