FibreOptic bit of a noob question, have you managed to send any invites and do you do it from the "my joost" area.
I have seen the form where you add a name and email can you tell me what happens then?
BTW i am well impressed with Joost,i have set up my channel preferences and its a piece of cake to use.
If you are on a capped package (I'm not with Sky yet) it could certainly put a big hole in it.

      Re: Sky and Joost

I've got Joost running on Vista and didn't have to do any changes (except for when it didn't run in Vista on the previous build). I would give out invites but have used them all .

Maxping: Once you put the name and email in, it sends the invite and gives you a status to let you know whether the invitee has accepted it.

      Re: Sky and Joost

Just found this in the Joost forum.

There will be more invitations soon, don't worry.
We are preparing many things inside the system to please all of you, once they're done we will give more invitations... through the invitation widget.

I have to disagree with you , i have used a few different TV applications and this blows them all away, the choice off channels is amazing and the way you can customise your Joost area is a nice touch.
Like most people i didn't get a pc to sit watching TV on it but having the choice has got to be a good thing.

Well I submitted a message/ticket in the My Joost Support area of the website, And was told as I have been waiting for the invites for a while I could send out the link I was given in my email.
Obviously not, However my initial 4 invites were done from the Widget inside the app.

And afaik invites are going to be done on the basis of how many problems you have submitted.
