Dead easy, open this link Sky Netgear DG834GT utility version 0.4 then hit the "Get detailed stats" box it will ask for your router password, then hit the back button on explorer to go back to the first screen you opened then hit download cfg file, and follow on screen prompts and open with wordpad.

Re: HELP! Am i being mugged off?

Yes - they're your full stats.

As expected, your line is showing error free but to be honest if it were generating a significant level of errors when capped at the level it is then that would mean your line was in a terrible state.

What I suspect has happened is that Sky found some line errors and set a very aggressive cap from which to then work up from. However, whoever did that must have got distracted and left it in that state.

Your only course of resolution is to contact Sky T3 and get them to sort the cap out.

Re: HELP! Am i being mugged off?

Yeah, I've had the same problem since February 22nd - Got a ticket raised with Tier 3 and so far, zippo feedback from them. Everytime I phone T3 alll I get is " an engineer needs to visit your exchange to look at your connection". They seem to think I'm patched in wrong or something.

Should be able to achieve 6.5mb download speed currently getting 1.7mb...

Bloody shocking level of service - seriously consdiering going back to my old ISP now after 3 months of guff from them.
