    Cant access

      Cant access

      dont know if this is connected to other posts concerning the e mail being down , but I cannot acces my ruter when I enter the IP address . it comes up with the password screen , bu when I enter the password it comes back asking for my password again . I was in it last night making ajustments for port forwarding ,but now wont allow me in .I have turned off the modem for a minute and restarted it but now it says Web page cannot be displayed ? any ideas as im lost

      The problems you are experiencing are not related to the email problems.

      Try resetting the router by pushing a pen in the small hole in the back for about 15 seconds.

      This will reset the router back to default settings and any changes you have made will be reverted. Do this then try again.

      Will do , will that change my password back to sky or will it still be what i changed it to

      Back to username: admin password: sky

      I have completly lost all internet connection now ... the lights are on but It says I have limited or no connection now on my wirleless network and it wont connect to any web pages .
      I guess if my password has been reset back that I will need to tell the router to allow my laptop access ?
