      Re: broadband packages?

Probably to get people who are signing up to Sky to go on the product instead of the Mid one as in the long term 12 months at 10 p/m would be more the Mid product would earn.

      Re: broadband packages?

Yes you are right Max is the top package at 10 a month, Base/Mid/Max are all Sky LLU products which basically means Sky have there own equipment installed in the telephone exchange which they connect you to. The Connect package which is more expensive is for people connected to exchanges where Sky have not yet installed there own equipment. Basically its a re-badged BT product Sky rent the connection from BT and pass the cost on to the customer with the view to swap you to there own cheaper package when the Sky equipment is installed. If your exchange is due for update within 6 months Sky sometimes offer Connect for 5. You can check your exchange status here The Broadband Resource look for easynet/sky in the llu collum.
