is this through my sky? or another site? or is that just wrong? ( does it depend on your package?) if it is package dependant is it very misleading

Yes, afaik, Its the SkyAnytime through broadband, Open to any ISP customer not just Sky.
Its based on what TV pack you have,
Sky Movies content open to Sky Movies Subscribers
Sky Sports content open to Sky Sports Subscribers.

      Re: Sky BB extras

ive just had a letter from VM saying as a "valued customer" i can have 2Mb BB free for a year - so i rang them infoming them that sky gave me 8MB for 5 a month and at one point that was free

i then said i'd never have a free product as they are most probably crap - and asked them not to contact me again

Even when they do bring out their 50MB product - not interested
