      Is there a problem with the customer login or is it me?

      Just signed up with sky, line was activated yesterday. Installed modem and everything is working great, but when i go to the sky homepage where it asks for username and password its just seems to be loading for ever and never gets anywhere? Is it down?

      it loads for me - trouble is my login details don't work - even though it's the ones on the letter

      This is a problem for some people when they join, the password Sky send dosen't always seem to work. + You need to set up sky.com login first before you can log into skybroad.com and email etc. Read through this thread it may help Cannot log into e-mail still after 2 months

      my sky emails work no problem, i just cant login into the Customer Login.

      sussed it out. Had to goto sky.com and login with the details i got in the letter. Complete the registration process, and reloged in on the skybroadband home page and it works no problem now!

      ah i see righto just got to find that letter now. i only want to know if i go over the 40gb limit - ive no intention of using it for email
      does the portal give usage stats?

      ah well when my contract is up ill have be and i might even go back to bulldog

      I just got an sms via the BT line to say my sky bb was active.. good thing i was in to take the call!
