      Wrong date for the engineer

      hi, i just signed up to sky tv and broadband yesterday (20 a month) so i guess i'm going to be visiting this a site a lot from now on!

      anway when i joined online, i set a date for the engineer to come round on the 12th of april, however i have since realised that the 12th of april wont be ideal for me and i wont like to change the date. However i am unsure on how to go about this and i don't know how to change the date.

      can anyone please help?

      i was hoping for something online so i wouldn't have to deal with their customer services (not with the reputation they have) and so i wouldn't have to pay for the premium rate phone line but i guess theres no other option.
