      tier 3 "BT liason"

      Hi folks,
I'm still waitng for my problems to be resolved, basically I've yet to be connected 17 days after supposed connection. I've been told bt tier 3 that a BT liason dept (or words similar) is dealing with me. I've tried calling direct at 8am to be told that they're not in and again at 8pm to be told that they're not in and I've been promised a callback both these times. I'm getting pretty p**sed off at tier 3 now as no-on seems to want to help me. I've had my T3 ticket since thursday 22/3/2007. As anyone heard of such dept nd what times they actually work. I've even tried BT direct and they say my line is perfect.

      annoyed

      Re: tier 3 "BT liason"

I've been calling them direct with my ticket number for days, I do get through but then I get told the dept that deals with off net customers only work 9 to 6 and they'll get them to contact me, I've been told this four times now and still no contact. Tier 3 have had this since 22 march and I've been fobbed of 4 times now with broken promises of callbacks. Does anyone know how I can get this resolved?? help I'm geting desperate

yup - try calling the direct number between 9-6 and don't get off the line until someone does something psoitive for you.

Disgusting "service" sadly I am not surprised.
