Registering Interest How long to wait afterwards?

I' ve checked on the website and my location can receive Sky broadband so I registered an interest before I ask for mac code from Pipex just to make sure its ok. How long do you think I should wait before they contact me as its been a week now. Ive had the standard email acknowlegment but I want to get things moving as my contract with Pipex is nearly up.

      thanks

Re: Registering Interest How long to wait afterwards?

tbh, Sky are signing up roughly 3500k people a day, and so you would probably be better ringing them to sign up.

Usually, once you have signed up it typically takes up to about 14 days from start to finish, although a migration, which is what you want to achieve takes a shorter time.

Just as a heads up, if you are going on Connect, you will not get your router until your line has been activated on Sky. So you may have a few days of downtime.

If signing up for Base, Mid, or Max, you would normally get your router before and so maybe an hour of downtime.

      Good luck!
