      Loose net at certain times

      i have been with sky broadband MAX 16mb since 26th March 2007, and every night i get connection problems

      the pattern seams to be 7.15pm ish and 10.30pm ish then can be ever half hour till about 12am

      I have today used my old ADSL router and that did the same bo now back to my sky/netgear box

      i can reset the box and get back on , but cant always get all websites i wasnt

      has anybody else had this problem and ws it sorted if so how

      so frustrating

      Welcome to the forum

      The two most common causes of dropped connections are the UPnP "bug" and falling noise margins.

      To solve the first, turn off UPnP in the router and reboot both the router and the PC.

      To solve the second (which if it affects your old router sounds the more likely cause of your problem), there are two solutions, both described in the first sticky in my signature at the bottom of this post.
